Zion First Son provides entertainment-related services including:
- Master of Ceremony (MC) hosting

3. Booking & Payments
3.1 Booking Requests
All booking requests must be submitted through:
- The Request a Quote form
- Direct phone call
3.2 Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- A quote has been issued
- The client accepts the quote
- A deposit or agreed payment method is completed
(Deposit terms will be communicated during booking.)
3.3 Payment Terms
Payment terms differ based on event type and location.
All fees must be settled before the event date, unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made early may be eligible for partial refund.
- Late cancellations or “no-shows” may not be refunded.
- Refund decisions are made based on event date, logistics, and prior agreements.
(Zion First Son reserves the right to define what qualifies as “early” or “late” based on timelines shared during booking.)
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate event details (time, venue, type, audience size, etc.)
- Ensure a safe and appropriate working environment
- Communicate changes at least 48 hours before the event
- Handle all necessary permits (where required)
Clients must also ensure proper sound equipment and logistics for performance unless otherwise arranged.
5. Event Conduct & Expectations
- Zion First Son will deliver professional performance and entertainment to the best of his ability.
- The client understands that elements such as audience behavior, environment, and time management may affect performance flow.
- Any form of harassment, unsafe environment, or violation of safety protocols gives us the right to withdraw from the event without refund.
6. Website Use
6.1 Content Ownership
All content on this website — including text, photos, videos, graphics, and branding — is the property of Zion First Son unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, downloading, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6.2 User Conduct
